NEW
Self-defense is an important skill to have for anyone, regardless of age, gender, or physical ability. It can help you protect yourself and others in potentially dangerous situations. There are many different techniques and strategies that you can learn in order to feel more confident and secure. These skills can be learned through classes, training sessions, or even through online resources. It's important to remember that self-defense is not about violence or aggression, but rather about using your knowledge and abilities to keep yourself and others safe. Additionally, self-defense can be easier to learn and more efficient for those with a busy schedule compared to traditional martial arts, which can require a significant time commitment for training and practice.
