YOUTH WELCOME
Our talented team of staff will help you have a grand time in the gym!
Participants can expect to learn about belaying, climbing technique, play some climbing games and challenge themselves on both our climbing tower and bouldering walls. Ages 7-10.

NEW YOUTH WELCOME
Vikes and Victoria Endurance Track Club are partnering to offer run training for kids age 9-17 (smaller groups will be formed for ages 9-13 and 14-17) interested in middle to long distance running. Participants will have the opportunity to build their endurance through age appropriate training on and off the track through drills, running workouts and technique training. We courage athletes of any sport interested in improving their endurance and running technique to join. We do not expect participants to come to both practices – we encourage you to join and come as often as it works for you; we just want to give athletes the maximum opportunity to fit schedules. All participants will get a shirt and have the opportunity to participate in organized races with the club if interested.

YOUTH WELCOME
Spend your Pro-D-Day with the Vikes! Fantastic Vikes camp leaders are back to plan a day filled with games, sports, crafts and more! Campers will also get some time on CARSA's climbing wall on both the bouldering wall and climbing tower.
Requirements: Children 5 years of age must currently be attending kindergarten
Class level: All welcome.
Youth welcome: 5-12 years
Equipment: Necessary equipment is provided.

YOUTH WELCOME
Come join the Vikes Cross-Country team for a running clinic and fun run. Participants will be placed in groups according to age where they will be lead by a Vikes varsity athlete or coach on proper warm-up and drills as well as a fun games to teach race pace strategies. We will finish off with a fun run with the Vikes athletes at a distance of the kids choice – 500m, 1.2km, or 2.4km around Cedar Hill Corner, home of the Vikes cross-country course. This event will serve as a team fundraiser so all registration fees and donations will go directly to the team. Thank you for supporting Vikes Cross Country!

YOUTH WELCOME
Mini Vikes Track & Field is an introduction to track and field development skills. Children are given instruction on all basic motor skills through running, jumping and throwing with an emphasis on FUN and PLAY. This program also develops physical literacy, promotes Long Term Athlete Development and will be led by trained Vikes varsity athletes as the coaches.

YOUTH WELCOME
This training program is for healthy athletes between the ages of 13 and 18. Athletes will increase performance by developing competency of key movement and developing strength and power. Athletes competing in volleyball, basketball, hockey, football, rugby as well any other sport that requires high levels of athleticism would greatly benefit from this program.

YOUTH WELCOME
Our Full Day Climbing Camp will introduce children to the world of rock climbing in a safe and fun environment at the CARSA Climbing Centre. Qualified instructors will lead and teach activities that include basic climbing techniques, safety and games (both on and off the wall). Both the bouldering wall and climbing tower will be used.
