If you are looking to find a community of like-minded people or make new friends, group fitness is a great place to start.
Spin, Strength, HIIT, BLT and more. We offer an array of group fitness classes to meet the dynamic needs of our communities. Group fitness classes are included with the Vike Fit + Group and Vikes Fit + Group + Climb memberships.
Starting a fitness routine can be intimidating, but it helps to know what to expect before joining any class. If you are starting out with the idea of a group fitness class, keep in mind there is never a one-size-fits-all. If you tried one type of class and didn’t love it, there’s probably still another fitness class that might be a game-changer for you.

Group fitness classes take place in the studios on the upper floor of CARSA. Check individual program details for exact location. View map.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before class begins. In order to preserve the experience for all participants and reduce the risk of injury, we cannot admit anyone who arrives after the scheduled class start time. Arriving late to class may result in a no show. Group fitness studio doors will be locked once a class has begun.
