If you are looking to find a community of like-minded people or make new friends, group fitness is a great place to start.

Spin, Strength, HIIT, BLT and more. We offer an array of group fitness classes to meet the dynamic needs of our communities. Group fitness classes are included with the Vike Fit Plus and Vikes All In memberships.

Starting a fitness routine can be intimidating, but it helps to know what to expect before joining any class. If you are starting out with the idea of a group fitness class, keep in mind there is never a one-size-fits-all. If you tried one type of class and didn’t love it, there’s probably still another fitness class that might be a game-changer for you.

This class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns that gets you in and out the door within 45 minutes! There is no pressure and no competition, just straight-up butt-kicking workouts! All levels welcome.

Following this the bikes will come off the floor and the mats will come out. Sticking with our ethos of high intensity work using low impact tools, we will work our upper and mid body with stretches and power core moves. A perfect compliment to your cycling program!
