Spin, Strength, HIIT, BLT and more. We offer an array of group fitness classes to meet the dynamic needs of our communities. Group fitness classes are included with the FIT plus membership.
Starting a fitness routine can be intimidating, but it helps to know what to expect before joining any class. If you are starting out with the idea of a group fitness class, keep in mind there is never a one-size-fits-all. If you tried one type of class and didn’t love it, there’s probably still another fitness class that might be a game-changer for you.

Then hop off the bike and you’ll be put through a series of exercises designed to improve your strength, endurance, and overall athleticism. Coupled with kick butt core training, you just found your one-stop-shop to get lean, strong, and fit.
