If you are looking to find a community of like-minded people or make new friends, group fitness is a great place to start.

Spin, Strength, HIIT, BLT and more. We offer an array of group fitness classes to meet the dynamic needs of our communities. Group fitness classes are included with the FIT plus membership.

Starting a fitness routine can be intimidating, but it helps to know what to expect before joining any class. If you are starting out with the idea of a group fitness class, keep in mind there is never a one-size-fits-all. If you tried one type of class and didn’t love it, there’s probably still another fitness class that might be a game-changer for you.

HIIT Core

$20 included with membership**

Join us for a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and push you to the next level.

Youth: 14+ years

Spin & Strength

If you’re looking for a class to push you to your limits, you’ve found it! Spin & Strength starts with a heart pumping, leg burning workout to a mix of heavy beats that is sure to make you sweat. Then hop off the bike and you’ll be put through a series of exercises designed to improve your strength, endurance, and overall athleticism. Coupled with kick butt core training, you just found your one-stop-shop to get lean, strong, and fit.

Come and get your sweat on in this 45min class featuring a blend of strength and cardio exercises designed to give you a whole body workout and boost your energy for the rest of your day.
