Registered programs are a great way to create a new routine, improve on your fitness goals, make new friends, and of course have fun.
Total Body Transformation, yoga, Zumba, strength training, and more. Registered programs are speciality programs that you can sign up for without purchasing a membership. Offered in 4- and 8-week blocks, registered programs are open to anyone who wishes to participate.

The gym can be an intimidating place. We understand it can be overwhelming to start something new and have no idea where to go, or what first step to take. FWC 101 will set you up for success! In these two sessions participants will receive an orientation of strength and cardio machines, and have the opportunity to have basic fitness questions answered.
