Total Body Transformation, yoga, Zumba, strength training, and more. Registered fitness programs are specialty programs that you can sign up for without purchasing a membership and are open to anyone who wishes to participate.

The gym can be an intimidating place. We understand it can be overwhelming to start something new and have no idea where to go, or what first step to take. FWC 101 will set you up for success!
