Total Body Transformation, yoga, Zumba, strength training, and more. Registered fitness programs are specialty programs that you can sign up for without purchasing a membership and are open to anyone who wishes to participate.

NEW YOUTH WELCOME ACCESSIBLE
The gym can be an intimidating place especially if you’re new and unsure where to start. Welcome to the FWC is a free program designed to introduce you to the weight room in a supportive, barrier-free way.
This orientation begins with a 45-minute session and tour of the facility covering weight room guidelines, gym etiquette and an overview of the equipment. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff will show you the ropes, ensuring you have the confidence to come back and use the CARSA Fitness Weight Centre. Bring your questions because you’ll also have the opportunity to ask basic fitness questions and get answers from our friendly strength trainer.
Registrants should meet their strength trainer at the CARSA front desk 5 minutes prior to their scheduled orientation start time.
