Standard First Aid & CPR-C (Blended) Saturday, May 3

Our Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR Level C Blended course is a fun and comprehensive first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) course that combines self-paced, online instruction will a face-to-face, in-person skills session led by one of our first-class instructors. This first aid course covers everything from life-threatening emergencies to minor bumps and scrapes and is recognized by WorkSafeBC as equivalent to the Occupational First Aid Level 1 course.

This course includes: The Red Cross, Preparing to Respond, The EMS System, Check, Call, Care, Airway Emergencies, Breathing and Circulation Emergencies, First Aid for Respiratory and Cardiac Arrest, Wound Care, Head and Spine Injuries, Bone, Muscle & Joint Injuries, Sudden Medical Emergencies, Environmental Emergencies, and Poisons (including opioid poisoning).

Requirements: The online module must be completed before you come in for the in-person portion, and will take up to 8 hours to complete. You can start and stop as many times as you'd like while you work through it, and it can be taken up to 4 weeks ahead of your in-person course.
