Aquatic activities are low impact with high resistance, making it inclusive to all groups whether you are competitive, recreational, or therapeutic. Programs offered include public length swimming, water polo, synchronized swimming and more!

Conquer your fear of heights at the CARSA Climbing Centre. The iconic climbing tower has over 500 holds between the 55-foot tower and 14-foot bouldering wall. The CARSA Climbing Centre focuses on learning and practicing climbing skills in a safe and fun environment.

The best way on campus to get active, build lifelong connections and have fun. Sport clubs are organized and led by students, for students, and supported by the university. With a wide range of recreational and competitive clubs, students gain the opportunity to explore the community while others travel to compete.

Intramurals are a great way to get out and play a sport you love with your friends or make new ones. Intramurals are for everyone: students, staff/faculty, alumni, AND community members Lead your team to the championship game and have a great time in the process!
