The new Yoga and Fit + Yoga memberships are available at CARSA now!
We are excited to launch the highly requested Yoga and Fit + Yoga memberships at CARSA. Fit + Yoga combines two popular activities at CARSA: yoga (obviously) and the Fitness Weight Centre.
We'll be running a variety of class throughout the week with different styles and accessible to everyone regardless of skill level: Beginner Yoga, Hatha Flow, Power, Yoga Fusion and much more!
We're excited to be launching the new memberships and hope you join us!
During the launch of the new memberships, Yoga and Fit + Yoga are offered in two four-months periods: September–December and January–April. If you already have a CARSA membership you can add the Yoga membership to your existing membership for $100 for the 4 months. See membership page for details.

Yoga programs take place in the Nike Serenity studio on the upper floor of CARSA. On arrival notify Membership Services staff for access to the studio. Proceed down the ramp to Fitness Weight Centre gates. Again inform the equipment desk staff of your class participation. Then proceed up the stairs to the studio. View map.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before class begins. In order to preserve the experience for all participants and reduce the risk of injury, we cannot admit anyone who arrives after the scheduled class start time. Arriving late to class may result in a no show. Yoga studio doors will be locked once a class has begun.
Note: Yoga mats are not provided, please bring your own mat.

Take time to enjoy a stretch, reduce stress and renew your energy. Novice participants will be introduced to relaxation through the basic practice of Hatha Yoga postures. Continuing students will benefit from the opportunity to go deeper into their practice. No yoga experience required.

Like Yoga? Want a good work out? Want to do both but don't have time? The Power Hour is a 55 minute power flow yoga class designed to allow you to practice yoga and to strengthen and tone your body. Get your sweat on, flow through sun salutations, and work and strengthen your core! We will work progressively toward challenging poses and every class will include deep stretching and relaxation. You will leave feeling invigorated, alive, and maybe even a bit sore the next day (in a good way!).

Yoga Fusion is a mat-based, mind-body class that integrates movements from different disciplines. Flow from Sun Salutations, standing yoga and fitness movements, balance poses, and floorwork that incorporates Pilates and fitness exercises, before ending with savasana. This 55 minute class will be the perfect lunch hour reset to enhance your body awareness, muscle endurance, core stability, and flexibility.
