Enjoy the flexibility (pun intended 😊) with ten classes per week offered mornings, lunchtimes, evenings and Saturdays. Embrace the freedom to participate in as many classes as you desire, tailored to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule.
Our diverse team of experienced yoga teachers offer a wide range of styles and expertise catering to all levels of practitioners, from the seasoned yogi to beginners. And if you are brand new to yoga, don't worry—our welcoming environment makes it the perfect place to embark on your yoga journey.

Mind body wellness programs take place in the Nike Serenity studio on the upper floor of CARSA. On arrival notify Membership Services staff for access to the studio. Proceed down the ramp to Fitness Weight Centre gates. Again inform the equipment desk staff of your class participation. Then proceed up the stairs to the studio. View map.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before class begins. In order to preserve the experience for all participants and reduce the risk of injury, we cannot admit anyone who arrives after the scheduled class start time. Arriving late to class may result in a no show. Effective Monday June 12, 2023, studio doors will be locked once a class has begun.
Note: Mind Body Wellness classes are included with the Mind Body Wellness Membership. These classes are also available for drop-in. These classes are not included with Vikes Fit Plus and All-In memberships.

Like Yoga? Want a good work out? Want to do both but don't have time? The Power Hour is a 55 minute power flow yoga class designed to allow you to practice yoga and to strengthen and tone your body. Get your sweat on, flow through sun salutations, and work and strengthen your core! We will work progressively toward challenging poses and every class will include deep stretching and relaxation. You will leave feeling invigorated, alive, and maybe even a bit sore the next day (in a good way!).

YOUTH WELCOME ACCESSIBLE
This is a dream come true combo of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga. The first half of the class will offer an exhilarating Vinyasa style flow set to fun, upbeat music. The second half of class will conclude with a Yin sequence incorporating stretching the deep connective tissue in the joints by holding poses anywhere from 2-5 minutes. BYOM - Bring your own mat.
