Experience Multifaith on Friday, September 6th from noon – 1:00pm at Multifaith Centre. Join Campus United Community Connectors JiaRui and Irena for a self-paced, exploratory journey through a series of meditative, reflective, and creative stations. The Embodied Spirituality Stations will include beading, nature-based art, and mindful snacking activities; all designed to help you begin your school year with intention. Open throughout the entire event, the Embodied Spirituality Stations offer a quiet space to reflect and recharge, making them perfect for those seeking to connect with their spirituality in accessible and sensory ways.
