We're here for all of your swimming, biking, and running needs throughout the school year. The Triathlon Club offers regular coached training for the three triathlon sports with a primary focus on fitness and skill development. We aim to provide a relaxed and fun atmosphere that benefits both novice and experienced triathletes. If you've been thinking of trying out triathlons (or just want to swim, run or bike with other people), come join us—it's a great way to get started! Members are encouraged to compete in a variety of multi-sport events throughout the year.
Swim: Swim practices meet on the pool deck in the McKinnon building. They are 1 hour on Monday and Wednesday evenings. It's suggested that you arrive ten minutes in advance to run through what we will be doing that day.
Run: Run practices meet on the track at Centennial Stadium at the entrance from the parking lot. The weekdays runs are an hour long and will include running on a chip trail and the track.
To join the club, a $50.00 membership fee per semester can be paid at the CARSA Membership Services desk.
