Taught by professional and energetic instructors, we offer a variety of dance programs to help improve your posture and balance, tone your muscles, and enhance your flexibility. From ballet, contemporary, and hip hop, to jazz, and Broadway, there is something for everyone from the beginner to the advanced dancer.
Our diverse team of instructors offer an inclusive and positive space, creating unique opportunities for exploration, personal and artistic growth, connection, and fun.

DROP IN YOUTH WELCOME ACCESSIBLE
The posture, flexibility, fitness and balance of ballet are the foundation of all dance forms. It provides grace, poise, and technique. Express the emotion of music through lines that are traditional and based in technique. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work, and across-the-floor combinations.
Beginner - If you and your body don't know what a tendu is, but you've always wanted to explore the artistry and physical benefits of dance, this class is for you! No experience necessary.
Class level: All welcome. Beginner friendly 😊.

DROP IN NEW YOUTH WELCOME ACCESSIBLE
This is not your typical workout — it's a full-on dance party! Get ready to move, groove, and break a sweat to energizing music from all genres.
You'll be dancing your way through cardio, coordination, and confidence, all while having such a good time you won't even realize you're exercising.
No dance experience? No problem. This class is all about joy, movement, and good vibes. You'll leave smiling, sweaty, and full of good vibes. Come as you are and let's dance it out!

DROP IN YOUTH WELCOME ACCESSIBLE
Designed for dancers with previous experience, Elevate offers dynamic contemporary training without the commitment of a competitive team. Each class includes a mat workout, across-the-floor progressions featuring turns, jumps, and floor work, followed by choreography. Dancers will continue developing technical precision and artistic expression in a high-energy, supportive environment. Pants are recommended over shorts.

Explore the world of hip hop music through a combination of street style dance with a touch of stomp, funk and pop.

NEW YOUTH WELCOME ACCESSIBLE
This class builds off the foundations of contemporary dance. If you have taken Beginning Contemporary before or have had a year of experience in another form of dance, this is a great class for you to develop more comfort and skill in Contemporary Dance! Explore floorwork, intermediate technique, musicality, and bring your creativity into your dancing in this class. The first part of class will focus on skill-building and improvisation. We will spend the rest of class learning half of a piece of choreography which we will finish the next week. In this two-week choreography model, you will get a chance to practice a dance twice and work on retaining choreography. This class is drop-in friendly, but registered students will get the benefit of learning the full dance every two weeks and learning all the skills offered in the 7-week series.
