The Membership Services team at CARSA is looking for staff that want to provide a high level of exceptional customer service to clients while assisting with membership, program and ticket sales. Staff will be required to learn and understand all program and membership offerings. A positive and professional attitude is required to promote activities to the community of CARSA.
The position reports directly to the Membership Services Administrator and to the Associate Director, Finance and Operations.
Membership Services is looking for staff that demonstrate initiative and have a passion to foster a positive team environment. Cash handling experience, excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a high energy atmosphere. Certifications required - Standard First Aid and CPR C.
Ability to answer the phones professionally and follow up with clients in a consistent manner. Staff must be able to manage a variety of tasks while being able to adapt to unexpected interruptions and adjustments throughout the shift. This position will ticket all at home Varsity events and more.
Terms of employment
Opportunity for employment to commence September 2022 and will be at a pay rate of $15.65/hour to a maximum of 20 hours per week. An extra $0.71/hour will be paid for shifts scheduled at 2PM or later, and additional $2.35/hr will be paid for every hour worked on the weekend and $1.31/hr will be paid for shifts scheduled before 6AM.
Note: Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
